A beautiful macrame leaf wall hanging made with three hanging macrame leaves.
For this piece I have created three macrame leaves; I have used Golden Wine from Bobbiny for the red tone leaf and Mustard and Deep Green from Bilibag Factory for the other two leaves.
All cords are 100% recycled cotton, except Golden Wine which has gold foil as well. All hung on a wooden dowel. I have reinforced the back of each leaf with some iron on interfacing so the leaves keep their structure but still look nice and fluffy from the front.
When you receive your piece, the leaves may need a gentle brush to neaten them up again before you hang them up. Please be very gentle with the brushing/combing so you don’t disturb the interfacing.
The dowel is 30cm/12in in width and the piece is 42cm/16.5in in length.
This macrame wall hanging is a one off, but I can recreate it in different colours so please contact me directly if you would like to commission your own piece.
